At Odyssey, our educators stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the ECE industry through continuous educational research and programme development. Our team is given plenty of opportunities for both local and overseas exposure, with study trips to Reggio Emilia, Italy to learn about the environment and teaching strategies first-hand, as well as, to draw out the best practices from the various schools.
They bring back with them enriched fervour and newly acquired perspectives which are then adapted to the academic, developmental and learning requirements and context of the local landscape. To find out more about our educators’ insights and reflections from the trip, click here.
